Damn it’s been a little while since I’ve done one of these but if I had one wish I would love for Rick Ross and T.I. to drop either a mixtape together or an album together. My rain reason for this is because in the music industry when you think about swag, both T.I. and Rick Ross are amongst the few people that come to your mind.Although Rick Ross has taken over the South, TIP is still the “Kang” down in ATL. They have worked together on tracks before and have remained great friends at that, although Ross snatched up Meek Mill from T.I. – one of Rozay’s most successful business moves ever. In that situation T.I. took the loss and Rick Ross took the main win but it has prompted any tension nor beef between so that’s good.
When you think about it though, what are some of the tracks they have featured each other on? “9 Piece” although T.I. was pulled from it because of his last prison visit, “Pledge Allegiance To The Swag” which is one of our favorite tracks over at the house of ILS, and “Maybach Music III” which is a hands down classic.
It’s like when they get in the booth, everything just goes well. Their chemistry is something special and many artists don’t have this. With all these positives working for them, why not get in the booth and record twelve tracks and give the public something to talk about. They both have great ears for majestic beats and both have a supporting cast that would be eager and equipped to assist on a track if they were needed.
T.I. & Rozay are two of the most well composed artists on a track, I mean you can just hear their swag through the mic. It’s incredible that they both know how to toot their horn and embarrass folks on a track with their slick talking and deliberate rapping. I think I might have to start up a petition to make this music project by these musical juggernauts happen.
