What’s Up with the “I Wish You Would” Music Video?

That DJ Khaled ft. Kanye West & Rick Ross “I Wish You Would/Way Too Cold” music video was visually unbearable.

When I watched the behind-the-scenes sneak peek of “I Wish You Would,” I had pretty high expectations of what was to come from this Hype Williams-directed, rap-star studded video. The combination of Kanye, Rick Ross and DJ Khaled promised a pretty dark, uptempo video covered in gold chains and expensive clothing.

You can imagine that I was a little disappointed when the video began to play – they were all jumping around for no reason, the voice-to-video aligning seemed way off at some parts, and last but certainly not least, that camera shaking literally gave me a headache and nausea. I didn’t even finish watching the video because by the time the “Way Too Cold” portion came around, I needed to lie down and not feel like I was just asking my body to have a seizure from all that shakiness. I missed the Kim K cameo – was it worth including her?

Whoever did the editing on this video, you really need to take things back to the drawing board in my opinion. A few frames of shakiness? I wouldn’t mind that, just don’t make me feel like I’m in the middle of an extreme earthquake. It took away from the rest of the video, and made me not want to watch it again.
