Watch The Underachievers’ “The Proclamation” Music Video

It isn’t easy to diverge from the pack when you’re a rap group from Brooklyn, but the Flatbush-hailing Underachievers continue to keep it fresh. The duo has released their newest video, this time for “The Proclamation” – hit the jump for  the video.

In the video that follows Issa Dash and AK through Coney Island, The Underachievers spit on a dope track containing samples from the Rolling Stones“Gimme Shelter”. The video’s “technical difficulties” and the song’s lyrics make the viewer take a second look at perceived reality, but the style of the group is also extremely notable. AK rocks an Indigo hat and a blacked-out BBC hoodie while sporting a crispy pair of the Ewing 33 Hi ‘Jamaica’. Issa can be seen in a camo 10Deep jacket and, in a shout out to fellow New York rap group De La Soul, is rocking the Nike Dunk SB ‘De La Soul’ Highs.
